We will do everything humanly possible to ensure a painless return. We do have some small rules.

If you got a defective item, we ask that you alert us within 30 days of delivery. Lost package claims have to be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Custom products cannot normally be refunded, but we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all apparel. In any case where we’ve made a mistake on a custom-made item we will refund upon return or photo evidence of the problem.

All other IAM OneMind accessories have a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’, which gives you 30 days from delivery to start a return.

If you need to make a return please contact us first so we can provide a return address and send us a picture of your item, explaining the issue..

We ask that items come back with the original packaging and without showing use. Clothing items must not be worn or washed.
