Return Policy

At iamonemind we're committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we've designed our return policy to be fair and straightforward.

Refunds & Replacements

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Error on Our Part: Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

Claim Process: If you notice an issue with your products or order, contact our customer support team immediately.

  • Send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem.
  • We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund.
  • If approved for replacement, we will ship a new order within 3 business days.
  • If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

iamonemind will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product in the following cases:

1. Wrong Address: If you provide an insufficient address, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

2. Unclaimed Packages: You will be responsible for reshipment costs for unclaimed packages returned to our facility.

3. Customs Rejection: iamonemind is not responsible for packages rejected by customs. It's your responsibility to research import regulations for international orders.

4. Products Created but Not Shipped: Once a product has been prepared by our fulfillment team, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
